At Desormeaux Meats, we offer beef, pork, sheep/lamb, and goat processing services. We are a provincially licensed abattoir, inspected by the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food, and Rural Affairs (OMAFRA).

Custom Cut & Wrap
Quality custom cutting and wrapping is our standard, with highly trained butchers ready to cut and wrap to your specifications. Vacuum sealing is also available at additional cost.
Custom Sausages
Making sausages is our specialty! Did you have an animal processed and want sausages? Simply ask! We would love to make them for you! 50 lbs of meat per batch.
Purchasing
At Desormeaux Meats, we also offer the chance to purchase whole, half, or quarter beef, as well as whole and half pork. These are then custom cut and wrapped to your specifications! A great deal if you eat lots of meat!
Custom Labelling for Retail Sales
As required by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA), all meats being sold or resold for retail must have our plant seal and processing dates on them. Ask us about all the fun information you can put on your labels!
